2019 Northwest Ministry Conference

“Destined For Significance” is a workshop by Marilee Pierce Dunker, daughter of Dr. Bob Pierce, founder of World Vision and Samaritan’s Purse.   At the age of fifty God called Marilee to become an international Ambassador with the organization her parents began.  She is also the author of the award winning book, Man of Vision.  Using her own life and family as background, Marilee will speak with both humor and surprising candor about her personal journey of faith from a pampered “Christian Princess” to a scarred but victorious wife, mother and advocate for the voiceless children of poverty.  She also will address some of the most common ways we sabotage our potential for significance and gives practical steps we all can take to go from a place of fear and inaction to a life of significance and life-changing action.
